Hello, I am Cheryl and welcome to Waypoint House. Creating a comfortable, peaceful home has always been important to me. Waypoint House isn't a rental property managed by a company - it's my home. I take great pride in providing a clean, quiet, and welcoming place for people who are focused on their next chapter, whether that's flight training, a medical residency, or a temporary work assignment. I have lived in Arizona for the past 35 years and I enjoy hiking, oil painting, sewing and spending time outdoors. I appreciate a home that is respectful, organized and relaxed where everyone can enjoy their own space while feeling comfortable under the same roof. As an owner-occupant I am available if you need assistance navigating your first visit to the USA or need other assistance, but I also respect your privacy and independence. My goal is simple: to provide a safe, comfortable place where you can settle in, focus on your goals and feel at home during your stay. Thank you for considering Waypoint House.
